Chef Renzo is a member of the “Federazione Italiana Cuochi”. Renzo is an enthusiastic and passionate cook and he will transmit his love of cooking to you. His passion and energy are contagious and will soon have you even more curious about Tuscan cuisine.
The ingredients he uses are of the finest kind, carefully selected from local markets and farmers.
This approach honours the balance of our natural surroundings, supports local producers who practice sustainable land and tells the story of our community’s commitment to preserving the land for future generations.
Much of our game is sourced from the surrouding hills and estates ensuring minimal environment impact.
Due to the nature of our seasonal menu, we are unable to accomodate dietary restictions that pose a serious health risk, including dairy, nut and egg allergies.
